My job as a back-end developer entails me being incharge of and managing the back-end development's technical components, such as system architecture, code quality, and security. I also oversee team management, assign tasks, and guarantee effective project execution. To ensure the successful development and maintenance of back-end systems in software projects, my job requires me to work with a variety of stakeholders, troubleshoot problems, and stay current on industry trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.
  2. 5 to 7 years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field.
  3. Hands-on programming experience using relevant languages.
  4. Creative problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience using relevant tool suites.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
